🧾 Return & Refund Policy

At PurrCloud™, your satisfaction matters — and so does your cat's comfort. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy below.

❗ Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled any time before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

📦 Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your PurrCloud™ for any reason, contact us at support@thepurrcloud.com within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the return process. Please note that all returns are subject to a 5–10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items If your PurrCloud™ arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@thepurrcloud.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Once confirmed, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Restocking fees do not apply to damaged or defective items.

💸 Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
