At PurrCloud™, we proudly offer worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local courier services. Our goal is to deliver comfort directly to your door with reliability and care.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once your order enters the shipping queue, we are unable to make changes, including address modifications.

  • We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock and fulfillment centers.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number.

Tracking Information

  • All orders are shipped using trackable services.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Please allow a few business days for tracking details to appear in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

  • We offer flat rate international shipping.

  • Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Fees vary by country. Please contact your local customs authority for more details.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, Whisker Loafer™ is not liable for any return fees or losses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • PurrCloud™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

  • For lost or stolen packages, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on a suitable resolution.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they begin processing or have been shipped.
